Our Program Managers provide day-to-day customer liaison that is necessary to insure that every job progresses smoothly with no last minute surprises. In addition to phone, fax, and email, our facilities include a videoconference setup for face-to-face meetings when necessary. We routinely furnish digital photos of work-in-process as well as detailed job progress charts. After mold completion, we provide finished mold drawings, material certifications, a final mold inspection report, and a video of the final sampling.
